Having been a gaming addict some years back, I totally understand how the addiction came to be. About the same thing happened to me re: the awakening, and I’ve been clean a good long time and never going back!

I have to admit, I was becoming concerned by your involvement with the mafia. LOL.

Seriously, I have completely avoided most FB games for precisely that reason, I know I have an addictive tendency, especially for things that *seem* harmless.

To me, the Religious Right have been lying to our country — other Christians, in particular — for decades regarding our founding fathers and the country’s so-called “Christian” heritage. While I don’t necessarily doubt some of them believed in a higher power, a vast majority of them did not believe in Christ’s divinity. Some say, “We need God in America again.” Errr…God is STILL here! Oi.

Anyway, I have very similar problems with the Pledge to yours. In short, it’s a bunch of rubbish.
